I had a really perfect stay here at $215 per night, and the weather was just lovely. the location is fantastic—just a short walk to everything we needed. 😊.

It was cheap for a night stop over traveling down south in Western Australia.
Inflexible management. Charged us for additional pax when it was a 6 month old baby. 1 bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment is not enough. Location from town centre is about 5 mins drive. Very run down and in desperate need for a refurbishment

Closeness to a number of Albany's tourist sites and having an excellent walking track nearby.

I visited to explore Albany's beautiful heritage sites, and the cozy unit provided a perfect base for my adventures. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Ellen Cove Boardwalk and lovely parks nearby, ideal for some family fun. The unit was clean and had great heating for the chilly weather. my experience was slightly dampened by a rude staff member when I reported an insect issue.

Fully-equipped rooms and beautifully maintained with full kitchen and 2 bedrooms, as for instance. Warm overall experience

Everything was fantastic, including excellent staff and stunning location in a mall at times. Had well-appointed room with complete facilities, which I liked. Location: the hotel was so close to the beach and a lovely park, and the golf course.

Is beyond my expectation for the money that I had paid. It was very comfortable. Close to the beach. Will definitely be back to the same place next time.

The kids bedroom was comfortable and plenty of storage space. Our bed was also comfortable and tidy. Kitchen and living room was cosy.
Well as it was winter, we attempted to use the woolen blankets. There were 2 blankets provided in each room. They were not clean. They had such a terrible smell and stench on them. Washing and dry cleaning would be nice and appreciated by the Park Avenue Holiday Units Management. The reverse cycle system was quite noisy at night, (sounded like a jet plane taking off).

Fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Middleton Beach, offering stunning sunrises. the unit was very clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Ample parking and spacious closets made it convenient for our stay. We appreciated the evening reception hours and helpful maps for local attractions. Would definitely recommend this place!
Cutlery needed washing before use. WIFI was inconsistent in the unit.
